Sozere Refund Policy

At Sozere, we’re committed to helping you conquer your sleep struggles. We believe in our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, email us at Hello@sozere.com.

Cancellation Policy

Order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours. After that, we may not accommodate your request as processing begins. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We encourage you to try Sozere products for 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re still not happy, you can return the items within 60 days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page or email Hello@sozere.com. Include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order for faster service.

Damaged Items

We take care to package products securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at Hello@sozere.com with a photo of the damage. We’ll assess if you’re eligible for a free replacement. Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or returns.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, we aren’t responsible for delays outside our control, including issues caused by the courier, customs, or other factors. For delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we’re not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
